You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, therefore you will need to demonstrate you can work unsupervised and use your own initiative.

• Monitoring the internal network / devices
• Backing up VOIP calls
• Backing up the database and website
• Resolving technical issues for our employees
• Looking and planning for potential issues with software / hardware
• Monitoring / updating relative cases on the CRM system

Required Skills
• Networking
• Windows Desktop Support
• Hardware / Software Troubleshooting
• Ability to switch between tasks

Desired Skills
• Office 365 Administration Experience
• An understanding of Linux
• Testing Experience
• Accurate risk assessments of works to be carried out

1-2 years’ experience in a similar level role

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm (1 hour for lunch)
Benefits: 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays), Pension
