An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Operations Supervisor Hard Services (FM) to join their team based in Livingston (with travel).

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will assist in ensuring all business and service level requirements are achieved for the designated business units. You will assist in ensuring that the service provided to the facilities complies with the contract specification and is managed in a compliant and safe manner.

In addition, you will support in managing the effective and efficient utilisation of all available resources such as labour, materials, plant, vehicles and other resources.

Within this role, you will assist in the broader operational management of the service and will assist in the compilation of various reports such as Monthly reports, Lifecycle Condition Surveys and other projects.

Meeting and exceeding contract specific KPI’s, you will ensure contract compliance at all times and will provide specialist input across FM Contracts and assist in Bids/Tenders as required. Complying with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001, you will minimise potential performance and availability reductions whilst promoting an excellent level of customer care.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of managing, or assisting to manage, a multi-site operation within a contract environment. Their ideal candidate will have a Fabric background coupled with experience of estimating and forming fabric quotations. A BIFM membership would also be advantageous, however this is not essential.

With the ability to demonstrate an understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance you should have experience of Staff, Operative and Sub-Contractor management as well as knowledge of industry Health and Safety requirements.

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who has the drive and passion to succeed in their dynamic team. In addition, there is a level of flexibility required for this role due to extensive travel and occasionally working longer hours.

Candidates for this role must hold a full UK driving licence.
