Technical Support Centre Manager (ITIL) - Traffic Management and Access Control Sector

The Role of a Technical Support Centre Manager:
Working from their head office, you will Oversee a busy technical support department ensuring all customer service and technical enquiries are responded to quickly and efficiently. You will be directly managing a team of technical support staff, providing all man-management functions. You will also help develop best practice and operation processes within the department to ensure future success and growth. You will have direct responsibility for overall commercial success of the department. This role would well suite a technical/call centre manager looking for challenging department to drive positive change in.

The Candidate for the Technical Support Centre Manager Position:

* Ideally experienced with ITIL frameworks
* Experienced man manager from a technical IT helpdesk background
* Management experience, including responsibility for personnel within a team.
* Capable of delivering department wide change and success
* Commercially focussed and able to deliver departmental financial targets
