To ensure work is issued, reported on and completed efficiently, in accordance with Client requirements and contract delivery timescales and processes.

The Company delivers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance in service family's accommodation in the South. Maintaining the infrastructure of service family's accommodation.

* To program, allocate and coordinate work orders, through liaison with Site Supervisors and contractors.
* To ensure operatives are allocated the necessary orders daily to achieve contract and commercial compliance
* To ensure that gangs are issued with orders and / or documentation defining the work required
* To contact occupants for appointments alterations
* To maintain accurate records of in-progress and completed work
* To answer telephone calls and emails
* To comply with the relevant Health and Safety Policy and processes
* To perform other administrative duties as required
* To support, service and ensure all agreed client and internal KPI's are met or exceeded
* Ensure allocated operatives have the required amount of work daily
* Ensure daily reports are actioned and returned to Team Leader
* Ensure daily statistics for area are cascaded to relevant persons
* Assess work streams throughout the day
* Jeopardy manager and forward plan operatives works
* Highlight and escalate resource shortfalls to Team Leader
