Brook Street is seeking full time Personal Secretary for a period of 1 month with possibility of extension in the Omagh Area.

Our public sector client would like someone with at least two year`s experience in Administration or five GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.

You will work Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 (37.5 hours per week).

Duties will include processing administration; maintenance of filing systems, telephone duties, typing up minutes of meeting, working with MS Office daily, and word-processing.

You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have five GCSEs at grade C and above or have two year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.

Previous experience in NHS would be preferable.

The rate of pay is £7.50 - £8.40 per hour
