Job Title: Lead Sales Generators
Location: Seaham, County Durham, SR7 7TT
Salary: Between £18,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the business to business (B2B) cost reduction sector. Due to the creation of our new Partnerships Channel, they are seeking to recruit Internal Business Sales Executives / Lead Sales Generators based at their head office in Seaham.
The purpose of the role is to prospect, qualify and provide quality sales appointments for their Regional Business Development Executives, as well as working on affinity data to identify and close business over the telephone.

You will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. You will have a dynamic personality and you must also have the ability to reach and influence key decision makers.
Basic salary is between £18,000 - £25,000, depending on experience. You will also have the ability to participate in an uncapped commission structure.
In this role you will be expected to:
•Identify and develop new business by cold calling potential customers and identifying the key decision makers in order to book face to face meetings for the BDEs
•Work on 'partner’ data with a view of turning warm leads into sales or appointments
•Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
•Work towards a variety of key performance indicators
•Accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard
•Adhere to compliance and quality standards at all time
•Make a high number of outbound calls per day
•Build rapport with customers at an executive level
•Conduct market surveys as and when required
•Accompany RSMs in customer face to face meetings from time to time, if required
•Periodically work outside normal office hours if required
The ideal candidate:
•Must have a minimum of 1 year sales experience in a cold calling environment and preferably with a background of generating leads for field sales staff
•Must have B2B experience, within in the Energy Sector would be a bonus
•Must have a proven track record of success within a sales environment
•Must be able to listen and question effectively
•Must be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets
•Must be able to work well under pressure
•Must have a professional phone manner
•Must be computer literate
