Sous Chef - Conferences & Events
This is a great role for a sous chef to run their own kitchen for conferencing, events and banqueting. With support from the head and sous chef your role will be to deliver exceptional food and a fine dining experience to all guests.
The client is a large outsourced catering and facilities management company, with clients around the UK and Maidstone.
The Sous Chef for C&E will be responsible for:
Sending functions for fairly large numbers (up to 250 covers)
Run their own small team,
Being in charge of the ordering, menu planning and cleanliness.
Stock rotation of their own kitchen
The successful candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and the ability to train and develop a small team.
Successful candidates will be paid between £24-26,000 plus attractive benefits.
