Customer Success Manager
Our client is looking for someone to join their rapidly growing software company - if you have a background in either software or recruitment, are dynamic and sales driven, then this could be the role for you.
Customer retention and sales growth are the main objectives of the role. You will be building, maintaining and developing relationships with existing users of the software, offering exemplary customer service and a genuine understanding of each client’s business. By doing this you will be able to offer a truly proactive and consultative service, ensuring that each client achieves the best from their investment in the software. You will also be upselling products and services, and the strong relationships that you build with each client will mean that you will always be one step ahead and be able to anticipate their requirements.
This role will involve travel throughout the UK, and you can expect to be out of the office 2-3 days per week visiting your clients, some of which will involve overnight stays.
You will need to have strong experience in B2B sales, be professional and articulate and able to demonstrate excellence at developing customer relationships. A personable and empathetic nature is key, as are extremely strong time management skills. The basic salary for this role is £25k, with OTE of up to £55k.
