Our client a fantastic organisation with ambitious growth plans are currently seeking a number of bright individuals to join their existing team.

Shift pattern:

3 week rota including one weekend in 3 between the hours of 8-6.

The role:

To effectively capture all new claim reports with accuracy and maximise the opportunity for efficient information gathering using conversational management techniques.

Undertake effective investigations to enable accurate and prompt liability decision making.

Provide excellent service to all stakeholders.

Effectively manage our customers claim journey and expectations whilst maximising of utilisation of our chain of suppliers.

Exhaust intervention opportunities in respect of Third Party claims including injury, repair and hire by way of correct decision making and identification of fault claims.

To expertly validate claims with application of indemnity and fraud knowledge.

To work and contribute towards team performance and environment.

Assessing indemnity, liability and mitigating ongoing losses.

Contribute towards continuous improvement with the generation of ideas.

The person:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or experience within the insurance industry, with an outgoing personality and customer service experience.
