A renown, market leading company based in St. Neots is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their expanding team on a permanent basis. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for new account development as well as looking to expand existing accounts.

The successful candidate will be:

* Dealing with customer queries and relaying information in a timely manner.
* Carry out order input and processing activities.
* Liaising with production teams to ensure delivery schedules are correct.
* Supporting customers, ensuring expectations are met and maintained.
* Assisting external sales team to grow accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Facilitating quotation processes, from quotation input, distribution, collation through to analysis, while answering customer questions and queries as they arise.

The Sales Account Manager will build strong relationships with relevant personnel internally, while looking to ascertain great connections with suppliers and customers externally. They will also be knowledgeable on contract electronic manufacturing or the electronic component industry. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced office environment and competent in the use of Microsoft office.

This role may incur some domestic travel to visit customers and suppliers
