A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious graduate or trainee to join a dynamic Wealth Management company based in Sherborne. In this entry level trainee position the successful candidate will have the opportunity to assist the busy Operations team.

This role will include reconciling data and transactions as part of a wider project as well as day to day administration.

Daily tasks will include

  • Ensuring client information is recorded and updated accordingly
  • Handling of payments, receipts, internal transfers, client trades and processing dividends.
  • Dealing with client requests efficiently and to a high standard
  • Maintaining ISA records
  • Ensuring all files are compliant with FCA rules and regulations
  • General office duties
  • Providing valuations as and when requested by the client relations team

The successful candidate should be self motivated with a proactive attitude and be able to learn quickly. Previous office experience is desirable but not essential. A knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office would be beneficial. Must be numerate and literate with excellent grades in Maths and English.
