Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Bodyshop Manager for their specialist Bodyshop in Cambridgeshire.

Job Description:

* The Assistant Bodyshop Manager is responsible for the daily control of the Bodyshop workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
* You will be required to run an efficient operation ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of bodyshop facilities, as well as overseeing and motivating all bodyshop colleagues.
* As part of this role you will also oversee the smart repair side of the business.
* You will also actively contribute to the implementation of safe working practices, training courses and security within the department.

Experience Required

* You will currently be in the same type of role as an Assistant Bodyshop Manager, Bodyshop Workshop Controller or in a supervisory role within a Bodyshop and have experience at developing relationships with customers and colleagues.
* You will have the drive and determination to maintain a productive department and the ability to work under pressure and achieve results through other people.
* It is essential that you will have experience within a bodyshop environment.
* Experience of estimating would be advantageous but is not essential


* £25,000 - £30,000 Basic
* OTE £35,000 - £40,000
