This is a rare opportunity for a marketing or consumer behaviour graduate to begin their career within Spicerhaart’s Digital Marketing function.
You will be working as a User Experience Co-Ordinator within our innovative and industry-leading marketing team based at Spicerhaart’s Head Office in the busy town of Colchester. This is a chance to work alongside the world leading software house that provided Spicerhaart with the FLINK social media tool.
This role will see you develop detailed user personas for targeting specific market segments with a focus of improving ROI from digital marketing campaigns. You will need to develop user journeys complete with user experience maps to create outstanding customer experience from initial impression through to creation of a lead. You will enjoy the responsibility of bringing together the user needs and business goals to continually improve data capture and lead conversion of Spicerhaart’s campaigns.
On a daily basis, your role will involve working with the Digital Marketing team, the wider Spicerhaart team and external agencies to deliver customer-experience focused digital campaigns. Project tasks will include co-ordinating resource effort, reporting on campaigns and usability and A/B testing. You will also take responsibility of landing page testing and researching best practice for continual improvement of the user experience. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an exciting project as well as gaining invaluable experience completing ad hoc tasks within the wider Digital Marketing team.
As the new User Experience Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in developing excellence in our customers’ digital experience. Your passion and experience will be from within a digital marketing or consumer behaviour background - preferably as a career move or as a graduate within the discipline of Marketing or Technology. You will have an eye for detail, be proactive with a flair for innovation in line with your colleagues who are already making game-changing headway within the industry. Working towards tight deadlines will be required in this role and experience in a deadline-heavy environment is essential.
