Location: York, Yorkshire

Salary: £37,700 per annum (£16.50 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 44 hours

We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a motivated and experienced Unit Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based on the outskirts of York. The home is ideally situated in a residential village in between Rufforth and Haxby .This warm and cosy nursing home provides a homely and welcoming environment for the residents to enjoy. The home has a range of services including an experienced hair stylist, beauty salon, home cooked food and comfortable lounge areas for the residents to relax and unwind.This service is passionate about providing the highest quality care and provides care to the elderly and residents with dementia.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading healthcare provider in one of their fantastic nursing homes. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. The manager is looking for a passionate Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the unit. This involves management of staff, managing rotas and ensuring that the highest quality of care is provided to the residents on the unit.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
