They’re looking for a talented Policy Adviser to join their team.
Developing and communicating policies to their stakeholders is an essential part of our clients organisation. This is a high visibility role in which you will be helping shape the future of the pension protection levy. You will take ownership of key issues providing senior manager and their Board with robust recommendation and contribution towards the production and publication of consultations and policy statements.
The levy matters to stakeholders, the 6,000 schemes who pay the levy, their employers and advisers. Communicating policy effectively is an essential part of what they do and you will have the opportunity to shape how policies are presented, engaging directly with stakeholders and briefing on press materials.
To excel in the role, you will be highly experienced in developing policy on complex and technical issues and be comfortable with presenting to senior colleagues and external stakeholders. You may well have previously worked for the Civil Service, local authority or a financial services organisation in a policy role and will have a strong track record of working with multiple stakeholders.
