This cosy country restaurant serving lunch light bites, with sun terrace dining, evening specials menu and a generous Sunday carvery in the Chelmsford countryside is looking for a Sous Chef to join their expanding family to help support their Head Chef and the rest of the team to prepare delicious food for their guests ensuring continued pride of customer satisfaction.
Candidate must be passionate for creating fantastic food with fresh and local produce Candidate must have at least two years’ experience Candidate must be confident in all sections of the kitchen and be comfortable in running their own section within a team of 4 chefs (min) Own transport is essential due to the location of the establishment. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate. Working hours are rotational but flexible for the right candidate and can be discussed.
