Senior Surveyor (Mechanical background) - London

A successful contractor that specialises in the design, build and maintenance of De-Centralised Energy Centres and district heating throughout London. They have steadily expanded over the last 20 years and are currently working on a large number of London's Landmark residential projects with the UK's top Developers and Main Contractors. Projects are on average valued between £2M -£3M but they also deliver projects £8M - £25M

My client is looking for a Senior Surveyor (mechanically bias) who wants to progress their career to the next level to a Commercial Director.

They are looking for someone with passion, energy and drive to assist their business in continued growth.

The successful candidate will need to be able to run their own jobs from the offset and have a proven track record running their own projects up to £2M with experience in both D&B and Traditional FOC

My client is more interested in your ability and experience than your qualifications. What they will look for is longevity in your employment history and projects completed that you ran alone. A mechanical background is a must and ideally you will have experience within District heating and Energy centres. You will have good knowledge of Plant Rooms (LTWH,CHWS)

Ideally you will come from a small to medium sub-contractor background although no one with the right skill set will be overlooked.

You are responsible for your own day to day activities and you will need to be able to hit the ground running.

Initially you will not have a team but once you have embedded yourself within the business you will have the ability to start to develop your own team.

Recent UK experience is necessary
