The World's Leading Workforce Improvement Company with offices in 11 countries is looking for German Speaking Marketing Manager to join their team in London.
As Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute marketing, you will also plan and execute campaigns that support the corporate marketing initiatives including lead generation and market presence.

Responsibilities include:
-Execute tactics for lead generation initiatives, including: events, webinars, prospective marketing campaigns, email campaigns and online promotions
-Research, plan and execute trade shows, including pre-promotion, exhibit and event planning, and follow-up initiatives
-Identify tradeshows and conferences
-Analyse and report on the results of marketing initiatives including the leads management process
-Continually update and improve campaigns based on results
-Serve as the day-to-day interface to the sales team
-Develop, manage and execute marketing online campaigns
-Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers such as designers, printers, media buyers and mailing houses
-Generate and implement ongoing creative campaign initiatives
-Create collaterals and sales copy for promotional literature
-Build/Research and identify industry database and manage a part time database researcher
-Maintain and update content on the German website and liaise with the web developers
-Organise content translations in German and liaise with the translation companies

Requirements:
-Native German speaker
-A minimum of two years of integrated B-to-B marketing experience
-Marketing Degree or other relevant qualifications
-Good Online Marketing experience and previous experience working with either Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo or equivalent CRM system
-Strong written German communication skills and sharp eye for detail
-Experience in SEO/SEM/ PPC and Social Marketing
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-Effective working cross-functionally and in teams
-Good negotiations skills
-Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
-An enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and results driven.
