Roadside Assistance Customer Service Advisor - Mitcheldean - Salary - £14,060

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a vibrant Roadside Assistant Team. You will be expected to handle a variety of customer enquiries, including sales and renewals as well as general administration duties.

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week and all applicants MUST be able to work shifts between 8am-6pm Monday - Friday and then Saturday mornings on a rota basis with time off the following week.

Key role responsibilities:

* Maintain the departments quality and customer service standards, responding promptly to service needs of customers
* Contribute to the development of strong customer relationships, by understanding individual customer circumstances and requirements while delivering appropriate solutions
* Present a positive personal image to customers and clients
* Maintain and display a thorough understanding of products, services and procedures and advise customers and clients using the highest standards of customer care
* Communicate information in a responsible, effective and timely manner
* Achieve and maintain personal targets in tern enabling the department to achieve service levels
* Constantly adhere to the departments policies and procedures

Key skills required:

* Two years Customer Service experience, within a Customer Care Centre environment is preferred
* Educated to GCSE A-C Minimum in English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Excellent listening skills, ability to show empathy and compassion
* Ability to stand alone but also work within a team
* Good time management and problem-solving skills
