The company’s innovative multi-channel full service offering is growing from strength to strength and they are now looking to recruit a new Account Executive to join their growing team. Working in a beautiful part of Hampshire with very easy access to motor links of the M3 and M4 this role will suit candidates from Southampton/Winchester to Camberley and anywhere between. Salary offering is £18,000 - £22,000 (DOE), plus pension and benefits.

What we are looking for:
• Experience of working as an account executive within an agency
• OR newly qualified with a Science Degree, PhD or Masters.
• Excellent organizational skills and a love for all things innovative and digital.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• ZINC Trained would be an advantage.
• A keen and eager willingness to learn and develop in a very fast paced environment
• Organised and willing to learn
• Keen to get involved
• Pro active
• Posses a keen eye for detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous, although not essential

The role:
As an account executive you'll act as an important link between an advertising agency and its clients.
In this position you'll be striving to understand your client's goals, and then organise the agency's creative and administrative staff to help them produce effective campaigns.
• Meeting clients to discuss their marketing needs
• Working with account planners to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
• Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
• Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
• Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress
• Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
• Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client
You will be working in a fast paced environment with a great bunch of people within a company that has grown substantially in its market over the last few years.
