A HR Advisor is required to join a FMCG business based in Swale, a firm who are considered market leaders in their field.

Reporting into the Managing Director, and working within a stand-alone capacity, the incoming candidate will be responsible for the HR function of a large staff base population in its entirety.

Chief responsibilities of the role will include:

* Responsible for managing all aspects of HR operational matters within the Company,
* Support the recruitment process and activity, to ensure a professional approach up to and including induction,
* Support and ensure application of fair policies across the business in relations to all aspects of employee management, training and coaching,
* Advising Managing Director and senior colleagues on all aspects of employment law,
* Heading up all disciplinary and grievance cases to ensure full legal compliance and to maintain appropriate consistency,
* Managing staff attendance policies and procedures,
* Responsible to managing all HR related communication processes such as notice boards, newsletters, etc.
* Provide statistics/trends and MI data to SMT at regular scheduled meetings.

The successful applicant will ideally be CIPD qualified and have proven and demonstrable experience of working within a blue collar, industrial environment, with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.

This is a fast paced environment and would suit someone who is familiar with operating in a stand alone role. Experience within a FMCG related background would be favourable to any applications.
