This renowned manufacturer of Office Furniture is looking for a field based Business Development Manager/Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager to target all verticals across the South East. Prospecting new business opportunities, from both new logo clients and an existing portfolio you will be client facing, liaising with various decision makers! The Role:
This Business Development Manager positon is an autonomous, field sales role, whereby you will be booking your own appointments. This role will be selling a portfolio of Office Furniture solutions from this leading manufacturer, targeting clients within a designated territory. You will be tasked with both new business and account management. On the new business side, you will be targeting both private and public sector, as well as this you will inherit a number of accounts and be tasked with growing this portfolio. Finally, you will be expected to be client facing, engaging with new and existing clients, developing rapport to maximize new business opportunities. With a rapid growth phase underway their is a clear plan in place to move into management before the year ends.

The Candidate:
To be considered for this exciting Business Development Manager position, you will need to have experience of selling Office Furniture solutions. You must have experience of selling into Architects and Designers. Ideally you will have experience selling products relating to consumer computers, gaming or home entertainment. You will need to be highly active and tenacious in your approach as well as being able to show the ability to work independently.

The Package:
The basic package for this position ranges from £35,000 - £40,000, dependent upon experience. With an extremely lucrative commission structure in place bring your OTE up to £70,000 pa.
