This company is looking to recruit a Print Room Assistant.

Job Description
- To run and maintain the print room and associated equipment
- To manage and maintain the consumables required to run the print room and associated equipment
- To conduct regular checks on paper and toner levels on photocopiers/printers around the office
- Report any maintenance issues
- To print, fold and scan drawings and documents as required
- To conduct daily security checks on the building ensuring fire doors/windows are secure
- To assist with the completion of weekly fire checks
- To offer assistance to the wider office where required

- GCSE A* - C (or equivalent) in 5 subjects including Maths and English
- A full driving licence is required as you are expected to support with occasional trips for collection/delivery (e.g. train station)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a wide range of people including senior managers
- A keen interest in architecture and working within a professional practice along with a willingness to develop a basic knowledge of design and technical matters
- An ability to check their own work and take a pride in what they produce
- Proactive and self-motivated to work under own initiative along with demonstrating an ability to plan and prioritise own workload
- The ability to research solutions and ask for advice as required
- An enthusiasm to learn and acquire knowledge to apply to the daily duties
- A working knowledge of IT and good skills in application at the required level

The salary for the position will meet national minimum wage requirements, as this is an entry level position full training will be given and there are great career development opportunities for the right candidate.
