Located just outside the bustling city of Norwich this stunning hotel are currently seeking a new receptionist.

You must have at least 2 years previous experience within a reception role.
Full training will be given on the facilities at the hotel and the booking system

The Role;

 Working within a team of 5 receptionists on a rotational basis the shifts will be 5 / 7 days per week including weekends 7.30 – 3pm /

 You will need to have an excellent communication skills both face to face and on the phone, you will need to be well presented and be able to direct both guests and telephone enquiries to the correct person / department,

 This is a well-established large hotel with a great reputation, the role of the reception team is extremely important as it is the first point of call for all guests.

 You will need to be computer literate and update the booking systems daily, quote room rates and deal with all manner of hotel / client enquiries

 Salary will depend on experience higher salary will be paid to an experienced receptionist with supervisory skills
