An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join one of the largest technical service providers in the UK, who provide extensive expertise and experience in engineering, facilities management and system integration.

Due to increased workload and team expansion, a Bid Coordinator is required to join the diverse work winning team in East London. The Bid coordinator will be involved in multiple business tasks including:

- assisting the Bid Manager, Business Development Managers and the wider team including liaising with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- monitoring and pursuing relevant opportunities
- managing the Central Sales inbox including tender enquiries and opportunities
- completing RFI and PQQ documents
- keeping the bid library and CRM systems up to date whilst adding to and improving information stored.
- assisting in the organisation of emails and tasks for the Business Development Director including prioritisation and delegation.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly organised and structured, who can move efficiently between tasks with the ability to meet short deadlines in a what can be a high pressure environment.

In return, the Bid Coordinator will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 to £35,000 plus benefits.
