A technical supervisors job looking after a small commercial estate in East London.

Your new company
You will be working for a FM solutions provider on a new contract at a large commercial mixed used estate in East London. You will be key in the mobilisation and joining the company at a great time where fantastic opportunity presents itself

Your new role
You will be tasked with the day to day management of a site team comprised of four M+E engineers, a fabric technician and sub contractors. It will be down to you to schedule works and ensure compliance across the contract. Inclusive of this, you will be responsible for the contract meeting all SLAs and KPIs as well as engaging with key clients and stakeholders. Within the role, you will be a go to trouble shooter for engineering problems on site and implementing your skills where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced supervisor with an engineering background, ideally multi-discipline and hold relevant trade qualifications. You will have experience working with facilities and maintenance and delivering on difficult requirements.

What you'll get in return
This position will be a year long contract with a potential extension and permanent offer. You will need to be immediately available or able to start at short notice.
