The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:

* Ensuring effective delivery of administration tasks to support the delivery of the service to clients through personal input and supervision of the admin team.
* Working with the OH team to monitor customer satisfaction ensuring efficiency and data confidentiality at all times.
* Effective and timely processing of all workload from the client and clinical team.
* Accurate and timely production of statistics and management information reports in line with client agreements
* Developing user guidelines to ensure consistency and understanding across the team
* Ensuring adequate service cover within the OHS administration team during absence & holiday periods.
* Ensuring all purchase orders, purchase requests and invoices are processed within agreed timescales
* Continuously working and developing the team by working with them to increase productivity and morale

The overall goal in this role is to ensure the smooth running of the service to the client, ensuring KPI's are met, financial controls are kept up to date with invoicing being timely and accurate, management information being complete and accurate and the team's efficiency is optimised through good diary management.

You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of Microsoft office software with an aptitude to be able to use bespoke software.

Experience of working within occupational health would be an advantage as would knowledge of health and safety issues.

You will be subject to a Police vetting check in order to to commence in this role.
