My client is now expanding. Therefore, we are now looking for some fresh Business to Business talent.

The Role

As a member of Business to Business Bureau you will be working on behalf of our new B2B clients.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

* Making Outbound Calls to prospective business customers and securing their agreement to receive a Sales call from our Clients Business Development Team (Lead generation) to close the Sale. This may move in the future to a direct sales call and your team closing the sale themselves.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with the potential customers via telephone and email.
* Understanding the product portfolio, all training will be given.
* Managing potential customer records via the client systems.
* Email Administration

Essential Skills

* B2B background in Sales, Lead Generation and Appointment Setting or educated to degree level with a strong interest to start a career in this sector
* Communication - Articulate communicator, Clear, Precise, Persuasive and Emphatic.
* Sales Ability - Excellent listening skills, Excellent questioning techniques, Rapport building, clear spoken English with the ability to effectively listen and respond appropriately managing the emotions and demands of the customers.
* Objection Handling - Ability to overcome objections using varying techniques depending on the situation.
* Confidence & Motivation - Self-motivated, takes a positive and proactive approach and encourages others to do the same. Demonstrates personal resilience and emotional maturity in order to overcome setbacks and challenges.
* Technical - Having the necessary level of skill with PC's and related programmes. Confident in using a variety of systems with ability to effectively manage the system whilst engaging with customers.
* Supporting Team Members - Builds supportive working relationships within and across teams, contributing willingly and frequently to achieve team objectives.
