An exciting opportunity to join an expanding global Company as a Technical Support Engineer. Working as part of the Technical Services team you will provide security solutions technical support and expertise to companies worldwide.

The responsibilities of this role will include providing customers and partners with technical support for a variety of operational, network infrastructure and server issues, trouble shooting and resolving through to resolution. You will also be developing policies and procedures and regularly liaising with internal teams whilst providing a reliable and professional service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar technical support role, with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills, and have knowledge of the following:
Microsoft and/or Linux based operating systems
Web servers e.g. Apache and application servers, WebSphere, Weblogic & Tomcat
Networking - TCP/IP and routers
PKI, Authentication or Fraud Detection
VMware virtualization
