IT Support Field Engineer

Entails responding to our various clients sites in and around London as and when required providing PC support. There will also be a requirement to work from home at times, so good broadband connection there is critical for remote access tasks, as well as the self-motivation to do so when working on side projects allocated. Not as easy as many assume it will be.

Ideally we`re looking for:

- Intelligent, recent graduate, minimum 2:1 level
- Very well spoken and presented to communicate well with some of our higher end clients they`ll come into contact with.
- Genuine long term passion and interest for IT, in and out of work, proven in general their general IT knowledge and competence, be that in or out of the workplace.

As well as fielding and responding to callouts, the old adage of being a quick learner is important as the role is strongly focused on the growth and development of the individual. While the 1st/2nd line work is primary role, they could eventually be exposed to 3rd line projects as soon as able, and the various environments they involve, vmware, 365 admin, corporate AD networks etc. Experience of these is not necessary as we intend to train them up with the exposure to such projects, assuming they`re capable of doing so. We`re looking for some long term loyalty by investing in their development.

Financial package is 18-21k, with a review after their standard probation period of 3 months.

You will need to reside within the Oyster Card Zone, as part of that financial package will be to provide an Oyster Card for you to travel to and from work every day
