I am currently working with a large and ambitious chartered body as they recruit for a Commercial Account Manager to join their London office. Reporting to the Executive Director, the main aim of this role will be to both cultivate new business and form new partnerships, and account manage existing corporate partners, providing an excellent level of stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

* To create and maintain key relationships with corporates, building strong, mutually beneficial and long lasting partnerships
* To provide amazing account management to existing corporate partners, including looking at ways to grow the partnerships
* Be the first point of contact for all corporate partners within your portfolio
* Proactively identify potential corporate partners and build strong relationships in order to bring them on board
* Where needed, develop strategic proposals with colleagues

The Candidate:

* Demonstrable and effective business development experience, bringing on new business whether within a charity background or not
* Demonstrable and effective experience within an account management role
* Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build fantastic relationships and negotiate well
