Customer Support Assistant - Curtains / Fabric Company
A Customer Support Assistant is required by a high end, curtains and fabrics supply company. The company supply fabrics to curtain makers / interior designers who are in turn designing and making curtains for a variety of high end residential and hospitality projects.
The role will involve taking calls from clients with fabric enquiries. The Customer Support Assistant will be required to process orders, answer client queries regarding products and enter details into the in-house ordering system. Candidates will need to be very numerical with great attention to detail as the role will involve working with precise measurements and details. The role will also involve monitoring the delivery process and ensuring that orders are delivered to clients on time.
Candidates will also need to be IT literate with experience of using Word and Excel. It is essential that candidates have a technical understanding of curtain making.
The role is offered on a Monday to Friday basis. 9am - 5.30pm. This is an office based role located in Chelsea.
