SAP Systems Trainer Financial Services/insurance related exp
A global Insurance Group based in the City seeks a systems trainer to train on a bespoke system operating off SAP. This is a new position and will be rsponsible for coordinating training and coaching for the Operations area, lead ad hoc operational projects, manage internal quality control and metrics and to support Operations. Candidate will have systems training experience within a financial services/insurance related environment, ideally SAP.
Responsibility of the role - Oversees the operational training program in order to ensure consistency of training across Operations, ensuring training and process documentation remain current and version controlled
Liaises with Division Centre and other business units to keep abreast of developments affecting the system which could impact on training and business processes
Supports the development of procedures for all new products and processes
Develops, recommends and implements improvements in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Maintains and develops local system user guides
Provides regular reporting to management including notable trends and issues
Responsible for a quality framework and utilising results from the framework to coach and provide reports and information to operational management.
Co-ordination and oversight of ad-hoc operational support projects
Helps develop project plans, secures the necessary resources and provides stakeholders with regular progress updates
Identifies and takes steps to mitigate all associated business risks
Develop and deliver any training that may be required as a result of the projects
