Service Coordinator (Administrator/Scheduler)

Location: Golborne

£20,200 + 25 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Parking + Pension + Life Assurance

Monday - Friday 37.5 Hours a week

Service Coordinator role available in a global people focused business in a busy and varied role. The environment is friendly and team based, you’ll enjoy going to work!

To apply for the role you need to have some experience planning, scheduling or coordinating engineers. Full training on the company's products and systems will be provided.

Working as part of the National Operations Team, you'll assist in the organising of service engineers. You be part of a small team of scheduler's ensuring that planning is carried out effectively.

The role:

* Ensure regional service delivery targets are managed, with focus on optimizing the deployment of the regions’ team of engineers.
* Liaise with regional technical management in highlighting performance issues concerning the regions’ engineers.
* Working closely with the planning software to arrange the engineers’ call with the customer via telephone/email.
* Preparation of service engineer job packages, checking engineers service reports & logging into the company planning system.
* Compiling weekly/monthly service reports.
* General office duties, answering telephone enquiries and re-directing calls.

The person needed:

* Experience within a similar role - must have experience in a scheduling/coordinating/organising.
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relation building
