Our client is a leading out of home media owner and they are now looking for a Digital Service Desk Support for their growing 1st Line and 2nd Line Desktop / Helpdesk support to a large inventory (over 1000) digital advertising screens.

The main responsibilities for the Digital Service Desk Support will include;

• Diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner within predetermined SLAs

• Proactively monitor reporting mechanisms to predict/prevent outages

• Work within a team of resolver groups and escalate calls appropriately

• Accurately record faults and fixes to build internal knowledge base and discern trends

• Input on changes to systems, processes, software and hardware to improve reliability

• Assist in developing new functionality to take to the market

• Adhere to processes (both operational and technical)

• Attend site to resolve technical faults across the estate.

Successful Service Desk Support that our client has usually hired via Artemis Outdoor usually has;

• Solid background in standard PC Desktop /Helpdesk support

• General Microsoft OS support and Admin

• Knowledge of general IP networking

• IT Hardware and software interaction and diagnosis of their faults

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• MS Office skills

• Industry system monitoring knowledge

• MS Sharepoint as a knowledge base

• HTML, Javascript, XML

• Telentice monitoring software

• Windows scripting, Powershell, knowledge of digital media technologies

Huge bonus/desirable skills for our successful Temporary Digital Service Desk Support would be addition experience with;

• ITSM (or ITIL)

• Solarwinds

• Flash development or any creative software

• Digital signage experience or genuine industry interest
