This leading Financial Services organisation is currently looking for a Facilities Manager to work on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will adopt best practice facilities coordination to support future changes to the business and be responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports to senior stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for providing staff site inductions and managing all front of house and admin staff.
You will ensure the business complies with all relevant government Health & Safety regulations as well as oversee general building management including all internal floor moves, budget, space planning & design etc.
