Are you an existing Assessor? Do you have experience working within the Finance sector? Are you in possession of a current V1 and A1 certificate? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What will the role involve?

Working across the Scotland you will take a lead on one of our major contract provisions and carry out the internal assurance of qualifications delivered. You will ensure accurate, efficient, effective and timely delivery of achievements in line with learndirect’s awarding and regulatory body requirements. You will work continuously to improve and standardise the quality of assessment and learning, providing training and support where relevant. You will also be required to validate business plans for submission as evidence for our customers and loan applications in-line with learndirect process and procedures.

We can only shortlist candidates who meet the below minimum criteria.

A background in apprenticeship delivery or assurance
Be in possession of a current V1 and A1 certificate
Commercially astute, aware of forthcoming changes to qualifications
Occupational competence/experience in the Training sector
Knowledge of Scottish MA Frameworks and qualifications
Knowledge/experience of Scotland funding requirements (SDS)
Has own Core Skills qualifications
Driving license and access to your own vehicle
