We are working with a heavily funded FinTech start-up looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to tech lead the Front End of their secure payments platform.

The Senior JavaScript Engineer will report into the CTO, supported by this person to take full ownership of the Front End and move into a Tech Lead position within 6 months. They are currently in private beta, it will be your job to take the platform to a full market launch later this year and scale out systems out for production.

Tech wise, your work is focus heavily on ES6/ES7 JavaScript, extending their React + Redux single page application (SPA) with some full stack work on the Node backend. Whilst developer velocity is the key now, as the product expands the team plan on introducing other technology like Go, Clojure, and Microservices.

We are considering any Senior Front End, or JavaScript, Engineer, or Developer, with experience building complex applications for the web using any modern framework. You will need a passion for quality via modern best practices (E.g. TDD/BDD, CI/CD, Agile) but understand the balance between writing the prefect code and creating value for the end user.
