We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join the partnerships team within a highly versatile marketing agency.

This organisation has a start up feel but the security and backing of one of worlds leading mobile providers as their main client.

The role:

Working for the agency you will play a pivotal role in building something from the ground up. You will skilfully broker partnerships with exciting brands on a weekly basis giving them access to your clients huge customer base whilst generating clear returns.

Your client thinks big and wants to be a market leader in customer engagement and Loyalty. You will play a pivotal role in helping them achieve that through exciting and innovative partnerships which can be delivered to their customers in the form of personalised offers, and rewards.

You will inherit some excellent contacts who are already partnering with the team and who want to continue to be a part of your ongoing partnership plans. Currently the Partnerships team has deals and relationships with brands such as,, Vue, Deezer, and Amazon across hot sectors like Entertainment, travel, and Trend.

There will be an emphasis on brokering new partnerships with new brands within your categories, and developing partnerships with brands in the dining in / dining out and fashion sectors. These are also Hot sectors where there are huge possibilities for excellent partnership deals to be made.

It is essential you have a very consultative approach and excellent commercial and financial awareness to ensure your partnerships are beneficial to the agency, your client and also your brand partner.

Who are we looking for ?

  • Ideally someone with a mix of experience in partnerships and business development.
  • Consultative sales experience - someone who can build long lasting relationships and deliver solutions
  • Background in Media Agencies or Media Owners - an advantage
  • Strong client facing skills, comfortable approaching and negotiating with big brands about partnerships as well as closing deals with media agencies on ad-buys.
