We are looking to recruit a Housing Manager to deliver a professional, high quality and responsive housing service. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day to day operations of the co-op, providing an efficient and effective housing management and administrative support service along with financial, legal, repairs and maintenance management.

The successful candidate will:
- lead all aspect of operational housing management and support functions
- coordinate resources to ensure consistency of systems and processes that enables officers to deliver effective housing management tasks
- ensure effective management of budgets and resources to increase performance across all business areas paying particular attention to quality and value for money
- ensure continuous improvement of quality of services delivery and customer satisfaction work collaboratively to deliver operational plans
The successful candidate will currently be working in a managerial role, have excellent MS Office skills and have an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
A relevant housing qualification and knowledge of the governance arrangements of Registered Providers and Registered Co-operative societies is required. Up to date knowledge of the HCA regulatory framework and significant experience within the housing sector is also required
