Customer Service Advisor/ Sales Advisor/ Telesales Executive- Full time

SALES ADVISOR/ CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR/ Temp-Perm / East London / £8.50 -£9.50 per hour

Our Client based in East London on the DLR Line, is a very busy established and respected Contact Centre delivering B2C Telesales Campaigns. Due to their on-going Campaigns and continued growth we are looking for outgong personalities,on a long term basis. We are looking for confident people that have work in a Contact Centre and looking for full time work.

As a Customer Advisor/ Internal Telesales / Customer Service Executive you will be:

Job Responsibilities:

Calling customers, and discussing their current energy tarriffs you will be talking through various cost effective options and offering support and guidance.

This is a brilliant opportunity to gain expereince in a large global corporate company and full training is given. This is a customer service/ Sales advisor position

Preferred Skills:

* Track Record in Sales / Telesales / Internal Sales / Customer Service
* Understand KPI’s and Targets
* Sales experience/Customer Service
* B2B / B2C Sales experience
* Worked in Telesales / Internal Sales/Contact Centre or similar background

Personal Attributes:

* Excellent interpersonal skills / Strong customer service skills

* Target driven
* Ability to close/Sell over the phone
* Able to build rapport quickly

* PC Literate

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

* £7.50/ £8.00 per hour
* Monday-Friday - one week a month
* Full Time - 12.00 - 20.00pm
