Recruitment Business Partner
Our client, a global construction business, is looking for a new Recruitment Business Partner to take responsibility for the full recruitment process for their UK and Ireland business.
Working closely with the Global HR team that is based internationally, you will take responsibility for the full 360 recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing and advertising to search, interview and offer. You will proactively pipeline candidates, as well as work reactively, prepare shortlists for managers, carry out initial phone screening and obtain interview feedback from both managers and candidates. As the business grows, there is a lot of focus on recruitment and you will deliver a first class recruitment service. You will have the freedom to implement talent attraction strategies, evaluate and use the best sourcing sites and methods and conduct salary benchmarking for the business.
The client is looking for someone who has proven inhouse recruitment experience with great stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable direct sourcing at all levels and across disciplines whilst also building relationships with specialist agencies and headhunters for hard to fill roles. Experience of working within the construction industry will be beneficial.
