Project Support Assistant-12 month fix contract -London
* To provide project support to Technology Services project teams including the maintenance of project standards and templates and ensure project standards and controls are adhered to.
* To provide a financial support service to the Technology Services project teams providing, financial reporting and tracking and purchase order management.
* To maintain risk and issue logs for each project ensuring each risk and issue is referenced, recorded, monitored and distributed to affected parties for review and action.
* To provide effective communication between project management, stakeholders and third parties including the production of management reports, communication briefs and project and programme board reporting.
* To provide project administration support to Technology Services project teams including arrangement of internal and external meetings and production of any associated meeting minutes and actions.
* To provide a document management service for the project including the receipt, filing and tracking of documentation under review.
* To operate and maintain the Project Support Office for Lennon Replacement Programme.
* To review project and quality processes, procedures, and appropriate templates and provide ongoing maintenance of the established processes and procedures.
* To ensure that project office standards (as provided by the Portfolio Support Office), processes, procedures and guidelines are followed by team members and provide training and guidance to the team as necessary.
* To support the Programme Manager in project planning for Lennon Programme and helping to ensure work-streams are accurately planned and tracked with emphasis placed on external supplier tracking and inter-project dependencies.
* To undertake regular project and quality audits to ensure that mandatory documents have been created and are being maintained in accordance with the agreed standards.
* Administer project resource contracts including new joiners and contract extensions.

Key Result Area - Project Reporting
* Deliver a management reporting service for Lennon Programme to a range of stakeholders including the RSP Executive, Programme Boards, Project Boards and Ticketing and Settlement Scheme Council.
* Take responsibility to produce project management reports including progress and stage reports, dashboard reporting, ad-hoc analysis of project activity for reporting purposes and the production of associated management reports.
* Obtain feedback from project team members and project managers regarding project task progress
