In this excellent and fulfilling role, the successful candidate will be acting as a point of contact for a range of clients, providing GIS product support and training as required.

This will include some of the following:

- Responding to customers` requests for support over email and phone
- Assisting customers with use of GIS applications, providing "how to" support ensuring they get the best from the product
- Assisting with the development of training and support material
- Provide assistance installing and configuring GIS software
- Collaborate closely with other team members from sales and marketing.

- Relevant GIS experience gained in a commercial environment
- Professional communication skills in English (oral, written, phone) and a Degree education
- Customer driven - someone who is curious about the customer, and genuinely wants to ease their pain points

- A strong desire to roll up your sleeves, learn new things, understand new data sets and identify/fix problems
