Who you`ll work for

Founded in 1994, this fashionable British retailer has 100 stores in 33 countries. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their current IT Team by appointing an Apprentice Support Analyst. Your role as an Apprentice Support Analyst will be to provide user support and customer service on company supported user applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate actions being a single point of contact for service desk.

Additional responsibilities will include:

- Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, electronically or in person
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults with hardware and software related issues
- Log all helpdesk interactions
- Assign problems to correct resource
- Morning checks.

What experience and skills do I need?

Whilst a strong interest in technology paired with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and easily is important, our emphasis will be more on your personality, drive, and communication skills. You will need to balance many demands so being able to multi-task in a fun but intensive environment where issue prioritisation is a critical skill.

You`ll also need:

- At least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and either IT or Science.

- Knowledge of Office 2007/10/13, Windows XP 7, 8 and 10
- Basic networking, Printer and PC troubleshooting knowledge
- Excellent documentation skills

**Please note - as this is a level 3 apprenticeship, we can't progress candidates forward if they hold any of the following qualifications: Undergraduate / Masters Degree, HND / HNC or Certificates of Higher Education.**
