My Client a Global Financial services company based in the City are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their London team. The successful candidate will have 6 years experience in a marketing role within professional services or a law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned company. 


- Proactively drive, develop and implement the global capital markets marketing plan
- Collaborate with the wider team to drive all the key initiatives from the global marketing strategy in the marketing plans and take the lead on key initiatives where relevant
- Create a comprehensive suite of marketing collateral and assist in the preparation of larger new business pitches and proposals
- Identify, organise attendance and attend relevant service line conferences, events and industry associations and develop ideas for own Intertrust service line events.
- Identify PR opportunities, liaising with PR agency to develop releases / articles
- Identify opportunities to promote Capital markets in social media and work with the team to drive the digital strategy for capital markets
- Take ownership for the capital markets section of the website and create innovative solutions to drive traffic to the website
- Develop submissions for capital markets service lines industry awards
- Take responsibility and lead the marketing for the London office (approximately 30% of the role). Collaborate with the local country MD and local directors and help drive key initiatives of the London office (such as internal communications, cross sell initiatives etc.). Help other service lines and the wider group with their London based initiatives

People and team

- Take care of and establish good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clients
- Drive personal development using all the resources available at Intertrust to achieve success
- Provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks


- Create the annual global Capital markets service line marketing plan and budget – in conjunction with service line directors


- At least 6 years’ experience in a marketing role in a professional services organisation or law firm, Financial services industry experience preferred
- Degree in marketing and/or Professional Marketing qualification
- Ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships, in an international environment 
- Ability to work independently and at the same time be a team player
- Excellent budgetary management
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
