Insurance Administrator - Nottingham

Your new role
Within your new role you will be dealing with existing and new clients needs in relation to enquiries and existing policy holders. You will be responsible for navigating your way around in house computer systems and keeping accurate and up to date records, dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. Within this role you will be responsible for promoting financial products on offer whilst maintaining high levels of compliance at all times.

What you'll need to succeed
You will already be able to demonstrate some insurance knowledge and experience within a current or previous role and offer a confident approach to customers and clients over the phone. With extensive market knowledge you will showcase a willingness to learn and develop your current skill set.

What you'll get in return
35 hours per week Monday - Friday
