Part-Time Credit Control / Sales Ledger Assistant (Temporary Position 6-12 months)

Our client based in Warmley, Bristol are looking for a Part-Time Credit Control / Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 - 12 months.

They are looking for a reliable and committed individual to work at their Bristol based Shared Service Centre, within a team that is responsible for business-critical tasks, ensuring a high standard of work is completed and company procedures are adhered to at all times, carrying out the tasks outlined below to support the Accounts Receivable department. A key requirement for the Accounts Receivable team is to ensure the accurate and timely posting of bank and cash data to meet the company's deadlines.

Main Activities:
* Input SAP incoming cash postings and summary files.
* Produce Accounts Receivable correspondence using templates.
* Assistance with credit control.
* Assist on manual self-bill matching and data entry.
* Print Accounts Receivable shared remittance inboxes daily.
* Filing Accounts Receivable documents.
* Other ad hoc activities as required.

* SAP experience desirable, but not essential.
* PC literacy to include MS Office (Excel/Word).
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisation and time-management skills.
* Quality and Results Focus.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic with attention to detail.

£11.00 per hour

Monday to Friday role, carrying out 4 hours every day with a start time of between 9.15am and 9.30am.
