Sales Support Executive
£30,000 + excellent benefits + bonus
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for providing efficient and effective client service and relationship management to this leading global Investment Management organisation, within the UK Retail Discretionary channel. As part of the UK Retail Sales Support Team, you will respond to product, operational and business administration enquiries from clients within agreed timelines.
Strong technical and communication skills are required for this position.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Executive:
•Respond to internal enquires on funds and products ensuring all interaction with customers is handled professionally and efficiently.
•Anticipate, manage and respond to fund performance questions from clients, working with internal partners to ensure client's expectations are met and responses are given in line with data release policy.
•Lead and participate in UK Business Administration project work as required. Examples include IRIS related projects, internal procedures and training review, regulatory change projects.
•Using both internal and external systems extract fund performance, portfolio and other data items to support client requests as required; Client retention, through proactive client service support, is an extremely important aspect of the responsibilities.
•Regularly liaise with key business partners as required.
•Regular Reporting - Provide fund information to key business partners on a monthly and quarterly basis. Ensuring information provided is of a high standard and delivered within agreed timelines.
•Working closely with the Manager, Sales Support lead a continuous review of Legal Agreements and Service Level Agreements to ensure that they are up to date.
This would suit a recent graduate with some experience within the asset management industry in Client Services, Sales Support or a similar function who wishes to move their career directly supporting a Sales team and their clients.

The ideal candidate will have university degree (2.1 or above) and experience within an asset management organization or similar in a client facing role is preferred but nor essential as this is an entry level role into Asset Management Sales. The IMC is a requirement for the role, however resources will be provided to sit the exam. You should possess excellent research and analysis skills, the ability to communicate and interact well with all levels, both internally and externally
