The Role for the Sales Optimisation Manager (Marketing): This is an exciting role due to expansion within the B2B solutions team. Focused on bringing high quality new propositions to market at pace with a cross functional team, you will be tasked with developing a strong initial pipeline of sales, ensure robustness of customer journey and business process and handover to sales for scaling.

As a Sales Optimisation Manager (Marketing), your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead cross functional teams to launch new propositions and products to the UK market
  • Coordinate activities to test the end to end sales and delivery processes, target markets and sales collateral
  • Build the initial sales pipeline driving customer targeting, leads and conversation rates
  • Provide control, monitoring, reporting and progress updates to broad range of stakeholders to board level
  • Delivery of 6-8 campaigns per year / 4-6 promotions per year

For the Sales Optimisation Manager (Marketing), we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven project management skills
  • Commercially minded, lead generation marketing experience
  • Understand corporate to corporate sales and marketing strategies and delivery
  • Excellent communicator, stakeholder manager, managing senior stakeholders
  • Sound commercial and financial acumen
  • Proven ability to drive results cross functionally in sales and marketing
